Ce duplex est également proche de la Filhole (immense parc proposant activités ludiques et sportives). Pour des destinations plus éloignées les bus (à 2 minutes) et la gare (à 5 minutes) sont très accessibles.

The Duplex is located in the old Marmande, in the hypercentre, a stone's throw from the market, shops and restaurants of the town. This duplex is also close to the Filhole (a huge park offering fun and sports activities). For more distant destinations the buses (2 minutes away) and the train station (5 minutes away) are very accessible.

Das Duplex befindet sich in der Altstadt von Marmande, im Zentrum der Stadt, nur wenige Schritte vom Markt, den Geschäften und Restaurants der Stadt entfernt. Das Duplex befindet sich auch in der Nähe von La Filhole (einem riesigen Park mit Spiel- und Sportaktivitäten). Für weiter entfernte Ziele sind die Busse (2 Minuten entfernt) und der Bahnhof (5 Minuten entfernt) sehr gut erreichbar.
