Leycaut gîte – Lalinde

Situé dans la vallée de la Dordogne au pied d'une falaise boisée avec un abri sous roche, Leycaut gîte est une ancienne étable de 100M2 au sol, rénovée avec des matériaux naturels en bois/fermacel, une isolation en laine de coton et bottes de paille ainsi que des enduits isolants (terre/paille et chaux/chanvre au RdeC) elle fait partie d'une ancienne ferme avec jardin en permaculture.

Located in the Dordogne Valley at the foot of a wooded cliff with a rock shelter, Leycaut Gîte is a former stable with a floor area of 100 square meters, renovatedusing natural materials such as wood and Fermacel, with insulation made of cotton wool and straw bales, as well as insulating plaster (earth/straw and lime/hemp on the ground floor). It is part of a former farmhouse with a permaculture garden.

Das im Tal der Dordogne am Fuße einer bewaldeten Felswand mit einem Felsunterstand gelegene „Leycaut Gîte“ ist ein ehemaliger Stall mit einer Grundfläche von 100 m², dermit natürlichen Materialien wie Holz und Fermacel, einer Dämmung aus Baumwollwolle und Strohballen sowie isolierenden Putzschichten (Lehm/Stroh und Kalk/Hanf im Erdgeschoss) renoviert und ist Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofs mit Permakultur-Garten.

Leycaut Gîte, gelegen in de vallei van de Dordogne aan de voet van een beboste rotswand met een rotsschuilplaats, is een voormalige stal met een vloeroppervlak van 100 m², gerenoveerdmet natuurlijke materialen zoals hout en Fermacel, isolatie van katoenwol en strobalen, en isolerende pleisterlagen (aarde/stro en kalk/hennep op de begane grond). Het maakt deel uit van een oude boerderij met een permacultuurtuin.

Situada en el valle del Dordoña, al pie de un acantilado boscoso con un refugio bajo la roca, Leycaut Gîte es una antigua cuadra de 100 m² de superficie, renovadacon materiales naturales como madera y Fermacel, aislamiento de lana de algodón y fardos de paja, así como revocos aislantes (tierra y paja, y cal y cáñamo en la planta baja); forma parte de una antigua granja con un huerto de permacultura.

Situato nella valle della Dordogna, ai piedi di una scarpata boscosa con un riparo sotto la roccia, Leycaut Gîte è un’antica stalla di 100 m² di superficie, ristrutturatacon materiali naturali quali legno e Fermacel, isolamento in lana di cotone e balle di paglia, nonché intonaci isolanti (terra/paglia e calce/canapa al piano terra); fa parte di un’antica fattoria con giardino in permacultura.
