La Maison est un ancien moulin à eau qui a été construit sous François 1er en 1510. Au fil des siècles le moulin a été modernisé et la bâtisse a été agrandie jusqu'au XVIIIème siècle. Elle abritait alors le bétail du Marquis de Galiffet, propriétaire du Château du Tholonet. Le moulin a fonctionné jusqu'en 1970. Petite vue sur la montagne Sainte Victoire au nord de la maison. Au rez-de-chaussée une cuisine entièrement équipée, de nombreux rangements, et notamment un convertible pour 1 personne. Chauffage par le sol, prise ADSL. A l'étage : chambre avec lit 160 x 200. Dressing, WC séparé et salle d'eau. Les fenêtres des deux niveaux donnent plein Sud avec belle vue sur le jardin, la piscine et les bords de la rivière. En extérieur, accès par un ancien escalier de pierre à la terrasse avec bassin d'agrément, table, chaises, parasol, etc.., au jardin et la piscine (6m x 12m) Parking privé. Le linge de maison et les serviettes sont fournis. Tous commerces à moins de trois minutes à pied. Bus tous les quarts d'heure pour Aix en Provence à 500 mètres. In de loop der eeuwen werd de molen gemoderniseerd en werd het gebouw uitgebreid tot in de 18e eeuw. In die tijd huisvestte het de veestapel van de markies van Galiffet, eigenaar van het kasteel van Tholonet. De molen werkte tot 1970. Nel corso dei secoli il mulino fu modernizzato e l'edificio fu ampliato fino al XVIII secolo. All'epoca ospitava il bestiame del marchese de Galiffet, proprietario dello Château du Tholonet. Il mulino ha funzionato fino al 1970. Piccola vista della montagna Sainte Victoire a nord della casa. Al piano terra, una cucina completamente attrezzata, molto spazio per riporre gli oggetti, compreso un divano convertibile per 1 persona. Riscaldamento a pavimento, connessione ADSL. Al primo piano: camera da letto con letto 160 x 200. Spogliatoio, WC e doccia separati Le finestre su entrambi i livelli sono rivolte a sud con una splendida vista sul giardino, sulla piscina e sulle rive del fiume.
