Located between the plain of the Beauce and the Loire Valley, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this cottage is near the owners' house, separated by a common courtyard. It is in the heart of the village, close to all the essential shops. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and bright, it is a perfect mix between the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. On the ground floor are the living room with its open kitchen, a sofa bed, an Italian shower and toilet. Upstairs is a large bedroom that can accommodate 4 people with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90, as well as a sink corner with double sink.
