Notre résidence « La BAKENIA », parfaitement intégrée dans un parc paysager d’un hectare, se compose de notre habitation principale et de 2 gîtes de grand confort avec une piscine commune de belle dimension. Elle est située à proximité même de la charmante petite ville de Villeneuve Sur Lot en Lot-et-Garonne, dans la Vallée du Lot. En terme de commodité, les aéroports de Bergerac et Agen se trouvent à une demi-heure. Nos deux gîtes climatisés, sous l’appellation "Joini" et "Nissou", sont parfaits pour des couples, ou pour une famille de 3 personnes. Ils donnent directement accès sur la piscine de 11 x 5 mètres, avec possibilité d’utiliser notre cuisine d'été.

La Bakénia is less than 2 km from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, a town with about 25,000 inhabitants with all kinds of amenities, such as large shopping centers, cosy markets, a cinema, museums and even a theater, a small sports airfield and a horse racing track! Our 2 gites with airconditioning, called "Joini" and "Nissou", are ideal for 2 person families. Possibly there is room for 4 people. Around the large pool of 11 x 5 meters you can relax and use our summer kitchen with BBC. In our large garden you look for the shade and soak yourself away in one of the hammocks. Hiking and cycling maps, which depart from our home, are already waiting for you in an extensive information folder. We offer:

Unsere Residenz "La BAKENIA", die perfekt in einen 1 Hektar großen Landschaftspark integriert ist, besteht aus unserem Haupthaus und zwei komfortablen Ferienwohnungen mit einem großen Gemeinschaftspool. Es befindet sich in der Nähe des charmanten Städtchens Villeneuve Sur Lot im Lot-et-Garonne, im Tal des Lot. Die Flughäfen von Bergerac und Agen sind nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Unsere beiden klimatisierten Ferienhäuser "Joini" und "Nissou" sind ideal für Paare oder eine Familie mit drei Personen. Sie haben direkten Zugang zum 11 x 5 Meter großen Swimmingpool, mit der Möglichkeit, unsere Sommerküche zu benutzen.

La Bakénia ligt op nog geen 2 km afstand van Villeneuve sur Lot, een plaats met ongeveer 25.000 inwoners met allerlei voorzieningen, zoals grote winkelcentra, leuke marktjes, een bioscoop, musea en zelfs een theater, een klein sportvliegveld en een paardenrenbaan!
Onze 2 gites met airco, genaamd "Joini" en "Nissou", zijn uitermate geschikt voor twee tot vierpersoons gezinnen. Rondom het grote zwembad van 11 x 5 meter is het heerlijk toeven en kun je gebruik maken van onze zomerkeuken. In de grote tuin zoek je de schaduw op en dommel je weg in een van de hangmatten. Wandel -en fietskaarten met routes die van ons uit vertrekken, liggen in uitgebreide informatiemappen al voor je klaar.

Nuestra residencia "La BAKENIA", perfectamente integrada en un parque paisajístico de una hectárea, consta de nuestra casa principal y 2 confortables casas rurales con una gran piscina compartida. Está situada muy cerca de la encantadora pequeña ciudad de Villeneuve Sur Lot en Lot-et-Garonne, en el valle del Lot. Los aeropuertos de Bergerac y Agen están a media hora. Nuestras dos casas rurales climatizadas, llamadas "Joini" y "Nissou", son perfectas para parejas o para una familia de 3 miembros. Tienen acceso directo a la piscina de 11 x 5 metros, con la posibilidad de utilizar nuestra cocina de verano.

Si trova molto vicino all'affascinante cittadina di Villeneuve Sur Lot, nel Lot-et-Garonne, nella Valle del Lot. Per quanto riguarda la comodità, gli aeroporti di Bergerac e Agen sono a mezz'ora di distanza. Le nostre due gîtes climatizzate, chiamate "Joini" e "Nissou", sono perfette per le coppie o per una famiglia di 3 persone. Hanno accesso diretto alla piscina di 11 x 5 metri, con la possibilità di utilizzare la nostra cucina estiva.
