Le gîte est un ancien corps de ferme entièrement indépendant, proche de toutes les commodités situé en plein centre du département pour visiter au mieux toutes nos richesses culturelles.

This gite set in former farm building, is completely self-contained, 85 m², 12 kms from Perigueux (Marsaneix). Restored in 2008, and maintaining its authenticity and period charm without forgetting modern comfort: bed-linen, kitchen, bathroom. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and quiet, overlooking a wide forested landscape. The gite is near all conveniences situated right in the middle of the department, enabling you to visit our cultural richness. No pets. Long week-end charge: 150€. Out of season rental.
