Un beau logement très fonctionnel et lumineux, rénové avec des matériaux nobles en 2018. il se trouve à 500m des commerces dans un petit village et à 10 km de St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) et d'Alençon. La forêt d'Ecouves est à proximité pour de belles randonnées. Au RdC une grande salle de vie avec table et cuisine équipée : frigo, plaques à induction, four, cafetière etc… A l'étage un espace cosy avec un canapé convertible (grand confort et facile à plier), TV, WIFI, une chambre attenante avec un grand lit et une SdB/WC. A l'extérieur une petite cour non fermée avec salon de jardin et barbecue, 2 places de parking. Le logement se trouve tout au bout de la longère. Deux autres petits logements touristiques sont à proximité avec un espace bien délimité (pas de vis à vis ni de mitoyenneté)

A beautiful, very functional and bright home, renovated with noble materials in 2018. it is located 500m from shops in a small village and 10 km from St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) and Alençon. The forest of Ecouves is nearby for beautiful hikes. On the ground floor a large living room with a farm table and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, induction cooker, oven, coffee maker etc… On the first floor a cosy space with a sofa bed (very comfortable and easy to fold), TV, WIFI, an adjoining room with a double bed and a bathroom/WC. Outside there is a small courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, 2 parking spaces. The accommodation is at the very end of the farmhouse. Two other small tourist accommodations are nearby with a well defined space (no opposite or joint ownership)

Eine schöne, sehr funktionale und helle Unterkunft, die 2018 mit edlen Materialien renoviert wurde. Sie befindet sich 500 m von den Geschäften entfernt in einem kleinen Dorf und 10 km von St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) und Alençon entfernt. Der Wald von Ecouves ist in der Nähe und lädt zu schönen Wanderungen ein. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer Wohnraum mit Esstisch und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine etc. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein gemütlicher Raum mit einem Schlafsofa (sehr bequem und leicht zusammenklappbar), TV, WIFI, einem angrenzenden Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Bad/WC. Draußen ein kleiner, nicht geschlossener Hof mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill, 2 Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft befindet sich ganz am Ende des Langhauses. Zwei weitere kleine Touristenunterkünfte befinden sich in der Nähe mit einem gut abgegrenzten Bereich (kein Vis-à-Vis und keine Doppelhaushälfte)

Een mooi, zeer functioneel en licht huis, gerenoveerd met kwaliteitsmaterialen in 2018. 500 m van de winkels in een klein dorp en 10 km van St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) en Alençon. Het bos van Ecouves is vlakbij voor mooie wandelingen. Op de begane grond is een grote woonkamer met eettafel en volledig ingerichte keuken: koelkast, inductiekookplaat, oven, koffiezetapparaat, enz. Boven is een gezellige ruimte met een slaapbank (zeer comfortabel en gemakkelijk in te klappen), tv, WIFI, een aangrenzende slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer/toilet. Buiten is een kleine, niet afgesloten binnenplaats met tuinmeubilair en barbecue, en 2 parkeerplaatsen. De accommodatie bevindt zich aan het einde van de boerderij. Twee andere kleine toeristische accommodaties bevinden zich vlakbij met een goed afgebakende ruimte (niet overdekt of gedeeld)

Una casa hermosa, muy funcional y luminosa, renovada con materiales de calidad en 2018. 500 m de las tiendas en un pequeño pueblo ya 10 km de St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) y Alençon. El bosque de Ecouves está cerca para dar hermosos paseos. En la planta baja hay un gran salón con mesa de comedor y cocina totalmente equipada: nevera, placa de inducción, horno, cafetera, etc. En la planta superior hay una acogedora zona con un sofá cama (muy cómodo y fácil de plegar), TV, WIFI, un dormitorio contiguo con cama de matrimonio y un cuarto de baño/WC. En el exterior hay un pequeño patio no cerrado con muebles de jardín y barbacoa, y 2 plazas de aparcamiento. El alojamiento está en el extremo de la granja. Otros dos pequeños alojamientos turísticos se encuentran cerca con un espacio bien delimitado (sin vistas ni compartido)

Una bella casa, molto funzionale e luminosa, ristrutturata con materiali di qualità nel 2018. A 500 m dai negozi di un piccolo villaggio e a 10 km da St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) e Alençon. La foresta di Ecouves è vicina per splendide passeggiate. Al piano terra si trova un ampio soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e cucina completamente attrezzata: frigorifero, piano cottura a induzione, forno, macchina per il caffè, ecc. Al piano superiore si trova un'area accogliente con un divano letto (molto comodo e facile da piegare), TV, WIFI, una camera da letto adiacente con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno/WC. All'esterno si trova un piccolo cortile non recintato con mobili da giardino e barbecue e 2 posti auto. L'alloggio si trova in fondo alla casa colonica. Nelle vicinanze si trovano altri due piccoli alloggi turistici con uno spazio ben definito (non affacciato o condiviso)
