EHIA – Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

MIKELUNA est une belle ferme basque récemment rénovée, située sur les hauteurs du village de St Pée-sur-Nivelle, face aux montagnes. Elle comprend 2 gîtes et une location à l'année. Le gîte EHIA est aménagé en rez-de-chaussée et bénéficie d'une entrée indépendante, en partie sud de la maison.

MIKELUNA is a beautiful, recently renovated Basque farmhouse located on the heights of the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, facing the mountains. It comprises 2 gîtes and a year-round rental. The EHIA gîte is on the first floor, with its own entrance on the south side of the house.

MIKELUNA ist ein schöner, kürzlich renovierter baskischer Bauernhof, der sich auf den Höhen des Dorfes St Pée-sur-Nivelle befindet, mit Blick auf die Berge. Es besteht aus zwei Unterkünften und einer ganzjährigen Vermietung. Die Unterkunft EHIA befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang im südlichen Teil des Hauses.

MIKELUNA is een prachtige, onlangs gerenoveerde Baskische boerderij gelegen op de hoogten van het dorp St Pée-sur-Nivelle, met uitzicht op de bergen. Het bestaat uit 2 gîtes en een verhuur het hele jaar door. De EHIA gîte bevindt zich op de begane grond en heeft een eigen ingang aan de zuidkant van het huis.

MIKELUNA es un hermoso caserío vasco recientemente renovado, situado en las alturas del pueblo de St Pée-sur-Nivelle, frente a las montañas. Consta de 2 casas rurales y un alquiler para todo el año. La casa rural EHIA está en la planta baja y tiene su propia entrada en el lado sur de la casa.

MIKELUNA è una bella casa colonica basca recentemente ristrutturata, situata sulle alture del villaggio di St Pée-sur-Nivelle, di fronte alle montagne. È composta da 2 gîtes e da una casa in affitto per tutto l'anno. La gîte EHIA si trova al piano terra e ha un ingresso indipendente sul lato sud della casa.
