Au fourneau , le Chef Emmanuel dessine des compositions culinaires que son épouse sert dans la salle à manger d'allure provinciale où l'on aime s'asseoir près du feu de cheminée par temps frais. Aux beaux jours, la véranda améliore le confort de la clientèle, avec vue sur la campagne, le château du XVIIéme siècle, et l'église du village ouverte aux visites en journée. L'exposition ensoleillée de la terrasse est appréciée pour les repas en plein air ou pour se délecter d'une spécialité du Pub. Cuisine soignée du terroir et spécialités traditionnelles et gastronomiques. Tous nos plats et desserts sont faits maison à partir de produits bruts, par le chef.

Am Herd steht Chef Emmanuel, der kulinarische Kompositionen entwirft, die seine Frau im provinziell anmutenden Esszimmer serviert, wo man an kühlen Tagen gerne am Kaminfeuer sitzt.
