Le moulin de Brunard est un bâtiment chargé d’histoire: Moulin à vent jusqu’au début du XXème siècle, il fut laissé à l’abandon au fil des années jusqu’à être transformé en silo à grain . Il retrouva ses ailes en 2019 lors de sa rénovation. Il est le dernier encore debout des deux moulins recensés comme étant actif en 1804 à Aujols. Vous serez charmés par l’atmosphère qui se dégage des pierres et de la vue depuis la fenêtre de la chambre surplombante tout le domaine.
