Un festival des arts en papier est proposé à Saint-Loup-sur-Thouet. Il célèbre toutes les formes d’expression : cyanotype, poésie de papier, carterie, enluminure, peinture (pastel, portrait, aquarelle), photographie, gravure, vitraux, marqueterie de paille, céramique et artisanat d’art ; écrivains, auteurs de BD, illustrateurs et journalistes seront présents aux côtés d’artistes plasticiens, avec bouquiniste, vente, ateliers gratuits, initiations, performances, shooting et concert de hanpan. Il festival celebra tutte le forme di espressione: cianotipia, poesia su carta, cartomanzia, illuminazione, pittura (pastello, ritratto, acquerello), fotografia, incisione, vetrate, intarsio di paglia, ceramica e artigianato.
