Votre professeur de yoga vous attend sur la plage pour vous faire découvrir la pratique du yoga dans un cadre magnifique face à l'océan, en fin de journée. Ce cours est proposé aux yogis débutants. Plage des Bourdaines, rdv au poste de secours.

Your yoga teacher will be waiting for you on the beach to introduce you to the practice of yoga in a magnificent setting overlooking the ocean, at the end of the day. This class is for beginners. Plage des Bourdaines, rdv at the lifeguard station.
