Quatre personnages isolés dans un monde étrange… Un enfer de plastique, totalement dépouillé de tout autre être vivant, et entouré d'écrans translucides infranchissables… Ses habitants parviendront-ils à s'émanciper de cette existence morne et sans nuance ? Le souhaitent- ils ? Pour conjurer le sort, déjouer l'ennui, tous les jours, ils dansent. Avec précision, avec ferveur, avec passion… De rencontres fortuites en quêtes obstinées, les quatre amis finiront peut-être par commettre cet acte crucial, rebelle entre tous : s'émerveiller du vivant. Anton Lachky part d'un « faux mythe », inventé pour l'occasion. Un mythe qui évoque la chute de notre monde moderne, et trace le chemin d'une possible renaissance.

Four characters isolated in a strange world… A plastic hell, totally devoid of all other living beings, and surrounded by impenetrable translucent screens… Will the inhabitants be able to emancipate themselves from this bleak, unmitigated existence? Or do they want to? To ward off fate and boredom, they dance every day. With precision, with fervor, with passion… From chance encounters to stubborn quests, the four friends may end up committing that crucial act, the most rebellious of all: marveling at the living. Anton Lachky takes as his starting point a "false myth" invented for the occasion. A myth that evokes the downfall of our modern world, and points the way to a possible rebirth.

Vier Personen, die in einer seltsamen Welt isoliert sind… Eine Plastikhölle, in der es keine anderen Lebewesen gibt und die von unüberwindbaren, lichtdurchlässigen Schirmen umgeben ist… Wird es den Bewohnern gelingen, sich von dieser dumpfen und ungeschönten Existenz zu emanzipieren? Wollen sie das überhaupt? Um das Schicksal abzuwenden und der Langeweile ein Schnippchen zu schlagen, tanzen sie jeden Tag. Mit Präzision, mit Inbrunst, mit Leidenschaft… Durch zufällige Begegnungen und hartnäckige Suche werden die vier Freunde vielleicht schließlich diesen entscheidenden, rebellischen Akt begehen: sich über das Leben zu wundern. Anton Lachky geht von einem "falschen Mythos" aus, der für diesen Zweck erfunden wurde. Ein Mythos, der den Untergang unserer modernen Welt beschwört und den Weg zu einer möglichen Wiedergeburt aufzeigt.
