About the concert: … Over the years, each of them has woven his own relationship to music, his own approach; on the side of chanson for one, and on the side of jazz and world music for the other. And then, little by little, a new possibility took shape, as if the strings were weaving together a path for the two of them to explore. A path of strings, of course, cello strings and vocal strings. Strings so similar that they merge, harmonize and blend perfectly. In this new project, the two brothers create links and bridges between their universes to create a new territory to explore: sensitive, aerial, infinite territory… At times, we hear oriental accents, jazz or blues, notably in the beautiful cover of Strange Fruit, but also a lyrical universe carried by Matthieu?s virtuoso bow and Camille?s hypnotic voice.
