Éleveur et producteur de cochons roses, depuis 1974, nous transformons toute notre production en charcuterie fermière, dans la tradition du "Pelle porc". Nous proposons de la charcuterie fraîche ( saucisse, côtes, rôtis etc), cuite (Boudin, saucisse confite), de la salaison (Jambon, saucisson, chorizo, ventrèche) et de la conserve (Pâtés, frittons,Pâté de tête, boudin). Vous retrouvez nos produits en grandes surfaces du 64 et 65, marché d'Argeles-Gazost le mardi et Tarbes le jeudi et direct à la ferme du lundi au samedi matin. Notre leitmotiv est "L'ENVIE EN ROSE"

Seit 1974 züchten und produzieren wir rosafarbene Schweine und verarbeiten unsere gesamte Produktion zu Wurstwaren nach der Tradition des "Pelle porc". Wir bieten frische Wurstwaren (Würste, Koteletts, Braten usw.), gekochte Wurstwaren (Blutwurst, kandierte Wurst), gepökelte Wurstwaren (Schinken, Wurst, Chorizo, Bauchfleisch) und Konserven (Pasteten, Frittons, Kopfpastete, Blutwurst) an. Wij bieden verse vleeswaren (worsten, ribbetjes, gebraad enz.), gekookte vleeswaren (Boudin, gekonfijte worst), gezouten vleeswaren (ham, worst, chorizo, ventrèche) en geconserveerde vleeswaren (patés, frittons, paté de tête, boudin). U kunt onze producten vinden in supermarkten in 64 en 65, op de markt van Argeles-Gazost op dinsdag en Tarbes op donderdag en rechtstreeks op de boerderij van maandag tot zaterdagochtend. Offriamo salumi freschi (salsicce, costine, arrosti, ecc.), salumi cotti (Boudin, salsiccia confit), salumi salati (prosciutto, salsiccia, chorizo, ventrèche) e salumi conservati (paté, frittelle, paté de tête, boudin). Potete trovare i nostri prodotti nei supermercati 64 e 65, al mercato di Argeles-Gazost il martedì e di Tarbes il giovedì e direttamente in azienda dal lunedì al sabato mattina.
