My wines are harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional way. With respect for the winemaking tradition and nature, I use my know-how to produce high quality grapes and wines of character. Louis Mouté-Fardet is at the origin of the restructuring of the vineyard which he carried out in 1970. Today it covers an area of 5.5 hectares.
