Situé sur l'aire d'appellation AOP Cahors, notre vignoble familial de 27 hectares, lié à l'histoire du vin depuis quatre générations, est essentiellement composé du cépage emblématique MALBEC et deux cépages complémentaires le Merlot et le Tannat. Notre démarche visant à diminuer l'impact de notre activité sur l'environnement par la lutte raisonnée nous a conduit plus loin dans nos pratiques et permis d'obtenir la certification HVE niveau 3 en novembre 2018. Situated in the Cahors PDO appellation area, our 27-hectare family vineyard, linked to the history of wine for four generations, is essentially composed of the emblematic grape variety MALBEC and two complementary grape varieties, Merlot and Tannat. Our approach aimed at reducing the impact of our activity on the environment through sustainable development has led us further in our practices and enabled us to obtain HVE level 3 certification in November 2018. Unser 27 Hektar großer Familienweinberg, der seit vier Generationen mit der Geschichte des Weins verbunden ist, liegt in der Appellationszone AOP Cahors und besteht hauptsächlich aus der emblematischen Rebsorte MALBEC und den beiden ergänzenden Rebsorten Merlot und Tannat. Unser Bestreben, die Auswirkungen unserer Tätigkeit auf die Umwelt durch eine durchdachte Schädlingsbekämpfung zu verringern, hat uns in unseren Praktiken weitergebracht und es uns ermöglicht, im November 2018 die HVE-Zertifizierung Stufe 3 zu erhalten. Gelegen in het AOP Cahors appellation gebied, onze familie wijngaard van 27 hectare, verbonden met de geschiedenis van de wijn voor vier generaties, is voornamelijk samengesteld uit de emblematische MALBEC druivensoort en twee aanvullende druivensoorten, Merlot en Tannat. Onze aanpak om de impact van onze activiteit op het milieu te verminderen via geïntegreerd beheer heeft ons verder geleid in onze praktijken en ons in staat gesteld om in november 2018 de HVE niveau 3 certificering te behalen.
