Château des Chaberts – Garéoult

Château des Chaberts is situated in the heart of Provence at the foothills of the Loube mountain range. Il is built on a remarkable south facing site of a Roman settlement. It is surrounded by hills in the form of a horse shoe which provides shelter from the prevailing winds whilst a continual gentle breeze gives protection from the spring frosts and summer heat. It is situated at an altitude of 365 metres and comprises of 650 acres with 65 in vines. It has stony, chalky, clay soil and benefits from a micro-climate. The appellation is Coteaux Varois en Provence and has been organic since 2017. Château des Chaberts wines are typical of the region. Aan de voet van het bosmassief van de Loube ligt het Château des Chaberts, een oud wijndomein van 250 hectare, waarvan 30 wijngaarden, op u te wachten. De site is opmerkelijk, de wijngaard omringt de bastide en de boerderijgebouwen.
