Als gediplomeerd bergleider en mountainbike-instructeur, aangesloten bij het Moniteur Cycliste Français, past Sylvain zich aan alle soorten publiek aan voor thematische uitstapjes: wandelen, sneeuwschoenwandelen, sporen en aanwijzingen, fauna en flora, survivalparcours, oriëntatieloop, enz. in alle seizoenen.
