Madame Coquillette – Cult

Installée officiellement comme agricultrice depuis le 1er avril 2021, l'activité de Madame Coquillette est la culture de céréales, principalement blé dur, blé tendre, lentilles, avec également la création d’un laboratoire de transformation à Cult, pour fabriquer de la farine, des pâtes et par la suite des biscuits avec ses propres céréales. Des produits 100% locaux et bio. Tous ses produits sont en vente à la ferme mais aussi dans les magasins de la région (So Bio, Doubs Direct à Besançon, Le Petit Marché à Lantenne-Vertière, la Boucherie Charmoille à Recologne…).

Officially installed as a farmer since April 1st 2021, Mrs Coquillette's activity is the cultivation of cereals, mainly durum wheat, soft wheat, lentils, with also the creation of a processing laboratory in Cult, to make flour, pasta and then biscuits with her own cereals. 100% local and organic products. All her products are sold at the farm but also in shops in the region (So Bio, Doubs Direct in Besançon, Le Petit Marché in Lantenne-Vertière, la Boucherie Charmoille in Recologne…).

Frau Coquillette ist seit dem 1. April 2021 offiziell als Landwirtin niedergelassen. Ihre Tätigkeit besteht im Anbau von Getreide, hauptsächlich Hartweizen, Weichweizen und Linsen, wobei sie auch ein Verarbeitungslabor in Cult eingerichtet hat, um aus ihrem eigenen Getreide Mehl, Nudeln und später auch Kekse herzustellen. Die Produkte sind zu 100 % lokal und biologisch. Alle seine Produkte sind auf dem Hof erhältlich, aber auch in Geschäften in der Region (So Bio, Doubs Direct in Besançon, Le Petit Marché in Lantenne-Vertière, Boucherie Charmoille in Recologne…).

Mevrouw Coquillette, die sinds 1 april 2021 officieel als landbouwer is geïnstalleerd, houdt zich bezig met de teelt van granen, voornamelijk harde tarwe, zachte tarwe en linzen, met tevens de oprichting van een verwerkingslaboratorium in Cult, om met haar eigen granen meel, pasta en vervolgens koekjes te maken. 100% lokale en biologische producten. Al haar producten worden verkocht op de boerderij maar ook in winkels in de regio (So Bio, Doubs Direct in Besançon, Le Petit Marché in Lantenne-Vertière, la Boucherie Charmoille in Recologne…).

Instalada oficialmente como agricultora desde el 1 de abril de 2021, la actividad de la Sra. Coquillette es el cultivo de cereales, principalmente trigo duro, trigo blando, lentejas, con la creación también de un laboratorio de transformación en Cult, para hacer harina, pasta y luego galletas con sus propios cereales. Productos 100% locales y ecológicos. Todos sus productos se venden en la granja, pero también en tiendas de la región (So Bio, Doubs Direct en Besançon, Le Petit Marché en Lantenne-Vertière, la Boucherie Charmoille en Recologne…).

Ufficialmente insediata come agricoltore dal 1° aprile 2021, l'attività della signora Coquillette è la coltivazione di cereali, principalmente grano duro, grano tenero, lenticchie, con anche la creazione di un laboratorio di trasformazione a Cult, per produrre farina, pasta e poi biscotti con i propri cereali. 100% prodotti locali e biologici. Tutti i suoi prodotti sono venduti in azienda ma anche nei negozi della regione (So Bio, Doubs Direct a Besançon, Le Petit Marché a Lantenne-Vertière, la Boucherie Charmoille a Recologne…).
