Delphine Ramsay a fait le choix d'un mode de production biologique basé sur le bien-être animal (espace à l'intérieur du bâtiment, grand parc extérieur, les poules sont nourries aux céréales biologiques) et la non utilisation de produits chimiques (les poules sont soignées avec des traitements naturels et les terrains sont certifiés bio – sans produits chimiques ni désherbants).

Delphine Ramsay has opted for an organic production method based on animal welfare (space inside the building, large outdoor pen, hens are fed organic cereals) and the non-use of chemicals (hens are cared for with natural treatments and the land is certified organic – no chemicals or weedkillers).

Delphine Ramsay hat sich für eine biologische Produktionsweise entschieden, die auf Tierschutz (Platz im Gebäude, großer Auslauf im Freien, die Hühner werden mit biologischem Getreide gefüttert) und dem Verzicht auf chemische Produkte beruht (die Hühner werden mit natürlichen Behandlungen gepflegt und die Grundstücke sind bio-zertifiziert – ohne chemische Produkte und Unkrautvernichter).

Delphine Ramsay heeft gekozen voor een biologische productiemethode gebaseerd op dierenwelzijn (ruimte in het gebouw, grote buitenren, kippen gevoed met biologisch graan) en het niet gebruiken van chemicaliën (kippen worden verzorgd met natuurlijke behandelingen en het land is biologisch gecertificeerd – geen chemicaliën of onkruidverdelgers).

Delphine Ramsay ha optado por un método de producción ecológico basado en el bienestar de los animales (espacio en el interior de la nave, gran corral exterior, gallinas alimentadas con cereales ecológicos) y la no utilización de productos químicos (las gallinas se cuidan con tratamientos naturales y la tierra tiene certificado ecológico -sin productos químicos ni herbicidas-).

Delphine Ramsay ha optato per un metodo di produzione biologico basato sul benessere degli animali (spazio all'interno dell'edificio, ampio recinto all'aperto, galline alimentate con cereali biologici) e sul non utilizzo di sostanze chimiche (le galline sono curate con trattamenti naturali e la terra è certificata biologica – niente prodotti chimici o diserbanti).
