La tarterie d'Aemy – Martel

Nous sommes un couple, lui est cuisinier et moi, Emilie Brébion, je suis dans l'hôtellerie et pâtissière depuis peu. Nous proposons des quiches et des tartes sucrées, des biscuits salés et sucrés. Toute notre production est entièrement artisanale et nous travaillons avec des produits frais. Nous proposons également un service de commande de quiches et tartes format familial (4, 6 ou 8 personnes) à venir chercher soit à la boutique de Martel, soit au laboratoire de Rocamadour (près de la gare).

We're a couple, he's a chef and I'm Emilie Brébion, I'm in the hotel business and have recently started baking. We offer quiches and sweet tarts, savory and sweet cookies. All our production is entirely artisanal and we work with fresh produce. We also offer an order service for family-size quiches and tarts (4, 6 or 8 people), to be picked up either at our Martel boutique or at our Rocamadour laboratory (near the train station).

Tutta la nostra produzione è interamente fatta in casa e lavoriamo con prodotti freschi. Offriamo anche un servizio di ordinazione di quiche e crostate per famiglie (4, 6 o 8 persone), che potete ritirare presso il nostro negozio a Martel o presso il nostro laboratorio a Rocamadour (vicino alla stazione).
