Les couteaux qui sortent de l'atelier La Forge du Ginkgo sont tous des pièces uniques de par le procédé de production manuel et historique appliqué par le caractère vivant de la matière utilisée pour sculpter les manches. Avec une prédisposition pour l'art de la table et de la cuisine, je propose toutefois une gamme élargie aux couteaux pliants et d'extérieur.

The knives that come out of the La Forge du Ginkgo workshop are all unique pieces, thanks to the manual and historic production process applied to the living character of the material used to sculpt the handles. With a predisposition for the art of the table and the kitchen, I also offer an extended range of folding and outdoor knives.

Die Messer, die aus der Werkstatt La Forge du Ginkgo kommen, sind aufgrund des manuellen und historischen Produktionsverfahrens, das durch die Lebendigkeit des Materials, aus dem die Griffe geformt werden, angewandt wird, allesamt Unikate. Mit einer Vorliebe für die Tisch- und Küchenkunst biete ich jedoch auch ein erweitertes Sortiment an Klapp- und Outdoormessern an.

De messen die uit het atelier La Forge du Ginkgo komen, zijn stuk voor stuk unieke stukken, dankzij het handmatige en historische productieproces dat wordt toegepast op het levende karakter van het materiaal dat wordt gebruikt om de handvatten te boetseren. Met een voorliefde voor de kunst van de tafel en de keuken, bied ik ook een uitgebreid assortiment vouwmessen en buitenmessen aan.

Los cuchillos que salen del taller La Forge du Ginkgo son todos piezas únicas, gracias al proceso de fabricación manual e histórico aplicado al carácter vivo del material utilizado para esculpir los mangos. Con predisposición para el arte de la mesa y la cocina, también ofrezco una amplia gama de cuchillos plegables y de exterior.

Con una predisposizione per l'arte della tavola e della cucina, offro anche una gamma estesa di coltelli pieghevoli e da esterno.
