Egraz Marine – Septmoncel les Molunes

Self-taught, native and inhabitant of the Haut-Jura, I have always had a pencil in my hands. Passionate comic book reader and very influenced by the landscapes of my region and its feathered and furry inhabitants, I create around a dreamy, soft and naive universe, entirely handmade I work with felt-tip pens, watercolours, and sometimes I play with my coloured pencils. Everything is first handmade on paper, then declined on different supports. My flagship object is the small LED night light, made of spruce wood and paper. But I have also developed a whole range of stationery products (notebooks, cards, bookmarks). My workshop (shared with Kahobas, a textile screen printing company) is located at the Atelier des Savoir-Faire, in Ravilloles.

Als Autodidaktin, die aus dem Haut-Jura stammt und dort lebt, habe ich seit meiner Kindheit immer einen Bleistift in der Hand gehabt. Ich bin eine begeisterte Comicleserin und sehr von den Landschaften meiner Region und ihren gefiederten und pelzigen Bewohnern beeinflusst. Ich kreiere eine verträumte, sanfte und naive Welt, die vollständig von Hand gefertigt wird. Ich arbeite mit Filzstiften, Aquarellfarben und manchmal spiele ich auch mit meinen Buntstiften. Alles wird zunächst von Hand auf Papier gezeichnet und dann auf verschiedene Medien übertragen. Mein Hauptobjekt ist das kleine LED-Nachtlicht aus Fichtenholz und Papier. Aber ich habe auch eine ganze Reihe von Papierprodukten entwickelt (Notizbücher, Karten, Lesezeichen). Mein Atelier (das ich mit Kahobas, einem Unternehmen für Textilsiebdruck, teile) befindet sich im Atelier des Savoir-Faire in Ravilloles.
