Distillerie Pierre Guy – Pontarlier

La distillerie Guy est la dernière distillerie artisanale Pontarlier depuis 1890. En 2007, la distillerie a obtenu une distinction en étant labellisée "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant", label attribué aux entreprises françaises aux savoir-faire artisanaux et industriels d’excellence. Au cours de la visite, vous découvrirez des alambics en cuivre d'origine dans lesquels s’opère aujourd’hui encore la distillation de l’absinthe et de l’anis. Vous pourrez également déguster des produits de qualité : apéritifs, liqueurs et eaux-de-vie. Ouvert du mardi au vendredi de 8h à 12h et de 14h à 18h, ainsi que le samedi de 8h à 12h. Visites commentées toutes les demi-heures de 9h à 11h et de 14h à 17h du mardi au vendredi et de 9h à 11h le samedi matin.

The Guy distillery is the last remaining craft distillery in Pontarlier since 1890. In 2007, the distillery was awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label, which is awarded to French companies with excellent craft and industrial skills. During your visit, you'll discover the original copper stills in which absinthe and aniseed are still distilled today. You will also be able to taste quality products: aperitifs, liqueurs and eaux-de-vie. Open Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Saturday, 8am to 12pm. Guided tours every half-hour from 9am to 11am and from 2pm to 5pm from Tuesday to Friday and from 9am to 11am on Saturday mornings.

De distilleerderij Guy is de laatst overgebleven ambachtelijke distilleerderij in Pontarlier sinds 1890. In 2007 kreeg de distilleerderij het label "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Levend Erfgoed Onderneming), dat wordt toegekend aan Franse bedrijven met uitstekende ambachtelijke en industriële vaardigheden. Tijdens je bezoek ontdek je de originele koperen distilleerketels waarin absint en anijs vandaag de dag nog steeds worden gedistilleerd. Je kunt er ook kwaliteitsproducten proeven: aperitieven, likeuren en eaux de vie. Geopend van dinsdag tot vrijdag van 8.00 tot 12.00 uur en van 14.00 tot 18.00 uur, en op zaterdag van 8.00 tot 12.00 uur. Rondleidingen elk half uur van 9.00 tot 11.00 uur en van 14.00 tot 17.00 uur van dinsdag tot vrijdag en van 9.00 tot 11.00 uur op zaterdagochtend.

Durante su visita, descubrirá los alambiques de cobre originales en los que aún hoy se destilan absenta y anís. También podrá degustar productos de calidad: aperitivos, licores y aguardientes. Abierto de martes a viernes, de 8:00 a 12:00 y de 14:00 a 18:00, y los sábados, de 8:00 a 12:00. Visitas guiadas cada media hora de 9:00 a 11:00 y de 14:00 a 17:00 de martes a viernes y de 9:00 a 11:00 los sábados por la mañana.

Durante la visita, scoprirete gli alambicchi di rame originali in cui ancora oggi vengono distillati l'assenzio e l'anice. Potrete inoltre degustare prodotti di qualità: aperitivi, liquori e acquaviti. Aperto dal martedì al venerdì dalle 8.00 alle 12.00 e dalle 14.00 alle 18.00 e il sabato dalle 8.00 alle 12.00. Visite guidate ogni mezz'ora dalle 9 alle 11 e dalle 14 alle 17 dal martedì al venerdì e dalle 9 alle 11 il sabato mattina.
