Après ses 4 boutiques au pays basque, Antton a ouvert une boutique dans la galerie du Leclerc Soustons en avril 2024. La Chocolaterie Antton, artisan chocolatier au pays basque depuis 1993, fabrique de nombreuses douceurs dans ses ateliers de Bonloc et d’Espelette. Nos chocolatiers préparent tout au long de l’année des chocolats fins, de la pâte à tartiner, des mendiants ou encore des pâtes de fruits. Bien sûr pour Pâques, les moulages font le bonheur des petits et grands gourmands. Chaque fin d’année, une nouveauté voit le jour dans notre atelier pour vous régaler. Nos spécialités font la part belle aux saveurs du Sud-Ouest avec le piment d’Espelette, la cerise noire, la célèbre liqueur basque l’Izarra ou encore le sel de source de Salies-de-Béarn. Les ballotins renferment des ganaches, pralinés et pâtes d’amandes aux saveurs traditionnelles.

Chocolaterie Antton, artisan chocolatier in the Basque country since 1993, makes a wide range of sweets in its workshops in Bonloc and Espelette. Throughout the year, our chocolatiers prepare fine chocolates, spreads, mendiants and fruit jellies. And, of course, for Easter, our molded chocolates are a delight for young and old alike. At the end of each year, a new product is created in our workshop to delight you. Our specialties feature the flavors of the Southwest, with Espelette pepper, black cherry, the famous Basque liqueur Izarra and Salies-de-Béarn spring salt. The ballotins contain ganaches, pralines and marzipan in traditional flavors.

Nach seinen vier Geschäften im Baskenland hat Antton im April 2024 ein Geschäft in der Galerie des Leclerc Soustons eröffnet. Die Chocolaterie Antton, die seit 1993 als Chocolatier im Baskenland tätig ist, stellt in ihren Werkstätten in Bonloc und Espelette zahlreiche süße Köstlichkeiten her. Unsere Chocolatiers bereiten das ganze Jahr über feine Schokolade, Brotaufstriche, Bettler oder auch Fruchtpasten zu. Zu Ostern gibt es natürlich auch Gussformen, die kleine und große Naschkatzen begeistern. Jedes Jahr zum Jahresende entsteht in unserem Atelier eine Neuheit, um Sie zu verwöhnen. Unsere Spezialitäten sind geprägt von den Aromen des Südwestens mit Piment d'Espelette, Schwarzkirschen, dem berühmten baskischen Likör Izarra oder auch dem Quellsalz aus Salies-de-Béarn. Die Ballotins enthalten Ganache, Pralinen und Marzipan in traditionellen Geschmacksrichtungen.

Na zijn 4 winkels in Baskenland opent Antton in april 2024 een winkel in het winkelcentrum Leclerc Soustons. Chocolaterie Antton, ambachtelijke chocolatier in Baskenland sinds 1993, maakt een breed assortiment zoetwaren in zijn ateliers in Bonloc en Espelette. Het hele jaar door bereiden onze chocolatiers fijne chocolaatjes, smeersels, mendiants en vruchtengelei. En voor Pasen zijn de vormen natuurlijk een genot voor jong en oud. Aan het einde van elk jaar creëert ons atelier iets nieuws om van te genieten. In onze specialiteiten komen de smaken van het zuidwesten naar voren, met Espelette-chilipeper, zwarte kers, de beroemde Baskische likeur Izarra en lentezout uit Salies-de-Béarn. De ballotins bevatten ganaches, pralines en marsepein in traditionele smaken.
