CENTRE CULTUREL ARTEMÉUM – Langres

Le « Centre Culturel ARTEMÉUM », inauguré en 2019, occupe le magnifique salon de l'ancienne Caisse d'Épargne de Langres, à côté de la cathédrale Saint-Mammès. Le bâtiment, conçu par l'architecte Charles Danne (1866-1947), remplace une ancienne maison canoniale habitée au XVIe siècle par le chanoine, compositeur et écrivain Thoinot Arbeau (Jehan Tabourot), auteur de l'Orchésographie, important traité de danse publié en 1589. Sous la direction de ses fondateurs, le compositeur, écrivain et collectionneur Carlos Micháns, et l'économiste, mélomane et passionné d'art Marcel Peek, Arteméum a pour objectif la réalisation de diverses activités culturelles, dont ci-dessous un premier aperçu : – Expositions de pièces des Collections Micháns. – Expositions par des artistes choisis. – Concerts de musique de chambre. – Collaborations avec d'autres institutions culturelles de Langres.

The "Centre Culturel ARTEMÉUM", inaugurated in 2019, occupies the magnificent salon of the former Caisse d'Épargne de Langres, next to Saint-Mammès Cathedral. The building, designed by architect Charles Danne (1866-1947), replaces a former canonical house inhabited in the 16th century by canon, composer and writer Thoinot Arbeau (Jehan Tabourot), author of Orchésographie, an important dance treatise published in 1589. Under the direction of its founders, the composer, writer and collector Carlos Micháns, and the economist, music lover and art enthusiast Marcel Peek, Arteméum aims to carry out a variety of cultural activities, of which the following are just a few: – Exhibitions of pieces from the Micháns Collections. – Exhibitions by selected artists. – Chamber music concerts. – Collaborations with other cultural institutions in Langres.

Das 2019 eröffnete "Kulturzentrum ARTEMÉUM" befindet sich in dem wunderschönen Salon der ehemaligen Sparkasse von Langres neben der Kathedrale Saint-Mammès. Das vom Architekten Charles Danne (1866-1947) entworfene Gebäude ersetzt ein ehemaliges Kanonikerhaus, das im 16. Jahrhundert von dem Kanoniker, Komponisten und Schriftsteller Thoinot Arbeau (Jehan Tabourot) bewohnt wurde, der die Orchésographie, eine wichtige, 1589 veröffentlichte Abhandlung über Tanz, verfasst hatte. Unter der Leitung seiner Gründer, des Komponisten, Schriftstellers und Sammlers Carlos Micháns und des Ökonomen, Musikliebhabers und Kunstliebhabers Marcel Peek, hat sich Arteméum zum Ziel gesetzt, verschiedene kulturelle Aktivitäten durchzuführen, von denen die folgenden einen ersten Eindruck vermitteln sollen: – Ausstellungen von Stücken aus den Micháns-Sammlungen. – Ausstellungen von ausgewählten Künstlern. – Konzerte von Kammermusikern. – Zusammenarbeit mit anderen kulturellen Einrichtungen in Langres.

Het "Centre Culturel ARTEMÉUM", dat in 2019 wordt geopend, bevindt zich in de prachtige salon van de voormalige Caisse d'Épargne de Langres, naast de kathedraal van Saint-Mammès. Het gebouw, ontworpen door de architect Charles Danne (1866-1947), vervangt een voormalig kanunnikenhuis dat in de 16e eeuw werd bewoond door de kanunnik, componist en schrijver Thoinot Arbeau (Jehan Tabourot), auteur van Orchésographie, een belangrijke dansverhandeling die in 1589 werd gepubliceerd. El edificio, diseñado por el arquitecto Charles Danne (1866-1947), sustituye a una antigua casa canónica habitada en el siglo XVI por el canónigo, compositor y escritor Thoinot Arbeau (Jehan Tabourot), autor de Orchésographie, importante tratado de danza publicado en 1589.
